ABOUT THE LITTER

We first met Lennox at the Chicago International Kennel Club Show in February 2008, Isis' Chicago debut, where Lennox caught our attention as soon as we entered the benching area. He had the most charming personality, flashy looks, and lovely warm large round brown puppy eyes. That weekend was very successful for Isis and Lennox as they shared prestigious four-point major wins at their tender ages of eight months. Ever since then we have followed Lennox's development and we have watched him bloom into a stunning male.

Lennox was whelped on May 16, 2007 and is the proud son of Mafu (BISS CH Kimani's Aires Above the Ground JC, ROM), two-time Westminster breed winner, and winner of BOB and BOS at the RRCUS National Specialty, 2007 and 2006, respectively. Lennox's lovely dam is Ella (CH Paradigm's First Lady of Song, ROM) winner of Best in Sweepstakes at the RRCUS 2002 National Specialty, she is also dam of an all breed Best in Show Winner. Lennox is an elegant, proportional male. He has inherited his dam's graceful long body, excellent movement, gorgeous head, beautiful round dark eyes, and deep pigmentation.  Lennox also shares his mother's quick hunting instincts. From his sire Mafu, Lennox has inherited his deep chest, long neck, wonderful substance, impeccable angulation, and flawless movement.

Lennox attained his American Kennel Club Championship title in a few weekends with no results less than Winners or Reserve. His wins included a five-point major at the Georgia Hound Specialty weekend at ten months of age under Mrs. Robert Smith, and a four-point major at the prestigious International Chicago Kennel Club under Mrs. Barbara Dempsey Alderman. Lennox also has the AKC titles of Rally Novice and Canine Good Citizen, and his American Herding Breed Association’s Herding Instinct Certificate.   He received his Companion Dog CD title at an early age.  Lennox is passing his wonderful genes for appearance and temperament both to his offspring and is just a few steps away from his well-deserved Register Of Merit.

Lennox is a handsome red wheaten with clear coat, no black and little white. He is 28" at the withers and weighs 89 pounds. Lennox has full dentition and his CHIC # is 57630: OFA Hips Good, OFA elbows Normal, OFA Thyroid Normal, CERF Normal, Cardiac Normal, Degenerative Myelopathy Normal-Clear. Lennox was the first Rhodesian Ridgeback certified by the Orthopedic Foundation of Animals for Degenerative Myelopathy.

Isis is the proud daughter of BISS, International, Dutch, German, Belgian, and Luxembourg CH Ceasar van de Jack Bulls Hoeve, ROM. Ceasar is the winner of a prestigious RRCN clubmatch in 2003 and 2004, BRABO winner in 2004, and the winner of BRRC and RRKD clubmatches in 2005. Isis' dam is International, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Baltic, and Belorussian CH Neila Sinbest), Neila is a lovely temperament-tested bitch that holds her 2nd degree hunting diploma. Isis was whelped on May 4, 2007.

Isis is an elegant, long, proportional bitch. Her sire Cesar passed on to her fantastic movement, beautiful head with dazzling dark eyes, and a lovely temperament. Isis inherited her dam's flashy personality, beautiful feminine elegance and proven hunting skills. Isis comes from a typey and consistent litter of nine pups, no ridgeless, no dermoid sinus, little white, and 8 show ridges. Isis' dam is few wins away from her Register Of Merit having whelped only one litter.

Isis has attained her American Kennel Club Champion title at the young age of seventeen months. She earned her Endurance Trial certification from the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of the United States in 2009, the AKC's Canine Good Citizen certification in 2008, and her Herding Instinct Title from American Herding Breed Association. She also holds bird and small game qualifications from the Hunting Ridgeback Association, HRQ1 and HRQ2.
